Refund policy
1. RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@stathe.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label for domestic orders, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we do not provide return labels for orders delivered outside of the United States. Your return must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
4. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Nevertheless, we will be happy to assist you with your exchange via email at orders@stathe.com.
5. EUROPEAN UNION AND UK
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Return shipping labels will not be provided for orders delivered outside of the United States. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that duties are determined and collected by your local government. When placing an order outside of the United States, you agree to pay for those duties upon receipt of your order.
6. REFUNDS
Stathe offers exchanges and full refunds on all garments for 14 days after your shipment is received. All returns must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with tags. They must be in original, perfect condition for the return to be approved. Upon receipt and inspection approval, we will issue you an exchange or refund to your original form of payment immediately. Please allow up to 10 days for this to reflect on your account.
If you would like to return or exchange a Stathe garment, please email orders@stathe.com within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Once your return is approved, we will send you an RA number and shipping label.
