Stathe releases new pieces in curated drops throughout the year. Please subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know. Stathe believes in small batch production, and quantities and sizes are limited.

Stathe offers sizes 0-12 for all woven garments. The Stathe sizing scale is based on the American size scale and the fit is true to size.

Stathe fits true to size considering the American size scale. Please reference the size guide for specific information on each garment. Some garments are shipped on the longer side when it comes to length, and we hope that you will hem your garments to your ideal length.

Our ready-to-wear garments are produced in New York City.

Stathe believes in small-batch production of exceptional-quality pieces made to last for years. All of our overstock fabric is used for replenishment or limited edition designs. Our packaging is chosen to reduce waste: our garment shrouds are certified industrially compostable (TÜV Austria OK compost INDUSTRIAL) and our branded hangers are kraft paper with soy-based ink. These break down in commercial composting facilities, which aren't available everywhere — so please check what your local facilities accept. Wherever possible, we avoid single-use plastic.

All Stathe orders leave our warehouse within 48 hours. Ground shipping within the United States is complimentary; expedited options are shown at checkout for your address, at carrier rates. International shipments may take longer, and we are happy to assist you with any questions. Please email us at orders@stathe.com.

Yes — Stathe ships to many international destinations. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. For many destinations, duties and import taxes are included in your total at checkout, with nothing further to pay on arrival; where they cannot be collected in advance, applicable duties or import taxes are determined by the destination country and may be due upon import or delivery. Your checkout total shows which applies before you order.

Stathe offers exchanges and full refunds on all garments for 14 days after your shipment is received. All returns must be unused, unworn, undamaged and must be returned with tags. They must be in original, perfect condition for the return to be approved. Upon receipt and inspection approval, we will issue you an exchange or refund to your original form of payment immediately. Please allow up to 10 days for this to reflect on your account.

If you would like to return or exchange a Stathe garment, please email orders@stathe.com within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Once your return is approved, we will send you an RA number, along with a prepaid shipping label for orders delivered within the United States. International return shipping is arranged by the customer. Items must be shipped back no later than 14 days after your return is approved.
